Ahhhhhh Peaches!

How we spent Dad’s day, Daddy was away, so we played in Nature.  Then a neighbor gave us some peaches, so next came the cobbler testing – what a treat!

Funky cobbler, I used a Betty Crocker’s recipe circa 1979, substituted butter for shortening (OMG, really?) and coconut creamer for milk (this was a spontaneous adventure, and who has milk in the fridge anymore?).  All ingredients were organic, natch!  And I did use sugar, must admit it, but it was RAW sugar!  YUM!
